Students should apply once their textbook is listed at the °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ bookstore. Students can submit multiple applications, should a textbook be listed after the initial application.
Key Dates:
- Priority Deadline: Apply by Friday, August 22 at 3:00 PM to receive a response by Tuesday, August 26
- Applications submitted after August 22 may take at least 5 business days to process.
- Final Deadline: Friday, October 3 at 12:00 PM
Students awarded funding will receive credits valid only at the °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ Bookstore. Funds cannot be used directly at third party vendors (Pearsons, ATI, etc.)
Important Info Before You Apply:
- We know it's important to get your books on time.
- This is not a reimbursement program. You will not be reimbursed for books purchased out-of-pocket.
- This is a supplemental fund, it may not cover your full textbook bill.
- °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ no longer has an on-campus bookstore. All textbooks must be ordered through the online bookstore at and delivered to you at your local address or to campus.
- Please plan ahead and allow time for shipping so you’re ready for your classes.
- Students must be enrolled in classes for the semester to be eligible to apply.
- All enrolled students are eligible to apply, with preference given to those in financial need.
- Awarded students will receive credits for bookstore use only; these credits cannot be transferred elsewhere.
- Unused funds will be returned.
