At °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ, we believe in building strong partnerships with families and friends to support your student’s success. We understand that when families are well-informed, students thrive. Our goal is to provide you with the resources and information you need to help your student have a successful college experience.

Family & Friends Experience

As a family member or friend of a new °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ student, you're a part of the °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ community! Our Family Orientation program is designed specifically for parents, guardians, spouses, and other supportive individuals. The program provides valuable information to help you support your student’s success at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ, introduces you to key resources available on campus, and gives you a chance to meet people who work directly with students.

Family & Friends Orientation Events

Our Family & Friends Orientation is an excellent opportunity to learn more about your student’s experience at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ. The program covers a wide range of topics, including:

  • Inside the Classroom: Understanding the academic experience
  • Outside the Classroom: Campus life and student support services
  • Virtual Campus Supports: Resources available online for student success
  • Administrative Services: Important information about registration, financial aid, and more

This is also the perfect opportunity to ask questions and take a guided campus tour.

The Family & Friends Orientation is designed for parents, spouses, or other adult family members. We kindly ask that you do not bring young children to the event to ensure a focused experience for all participants.
