The role of Human Resources is to design, develop, and implement comprehensive human resources and payroll administration programs to serve the °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ community and to attract, reward and retain high quality faculty and staff.

Working closely with department administrators, the Office of Human Resources is committed to delivering programs and services that make °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ Community College an employer of choice.
